Custom Cube Chaos Cards (Ravnica)

I'm making an MTG Cube and was wondering if the following custom 'arena' cards would be over/underpowered or just not fun. The way to choose them is by rolling a D20 and deciding what 1-2 is, 3-4, etc. You only have one arena card per game.

Dimir: All creatures get -1/-1.

Orzhov: All spells have extort.

Boros: All creatures get +1/+0.

Simic: All creatures have evolve.

Rakdos: Players start the game with 12 life.

Gruul: Attacking creatures get +2/+0.

Azorius: Attacking creatures get -1/-0 and defending creatures get +0/+1.

Selesnya: Creature tokens get +1/+1.

Izzet: Instant and sorcery spells cost 1 mana of any color less to cast.

Golgari: Whenever a creature you control dies, you may exile it. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Spells can't have extort. All creatures have extort is probably what you are looking for.

Seems ... variable. Rakdos, for example, is much more powerful that Golgari. Depending on what you have in the cube, Izzet could break the game, I'd change it to 1 colorless mana less.

All right. Maybe Rakdos to 15, the Orzhov correction, the Izzet correction, and I think I'll leave the Golgari one. I really appreciate the suggestions.

However, there will be one arena in play for both players. An Azorius player could play Dimir and the Arena be Gruul. It should, in theory, be balanced for both sides of the board. And there are no really OP spells in the cube, so I doubt Izzet will be too powerful.

Reduced life in Rakdos is OPAF due solely to the nature of Rakdos in cube.

Might opt for a necro/chaos effect like "Whenever a creature dies, it deals 1 damage to [target player/controller/target creature]" or something.

Permanents can have extort, like Blind Obedience. For izzet, I think it fits a chaos thing to determine what the reduction is at their upkeep (randomly choose between colorless or a color of their choice)
