Mythic rare odds

This is a little hard for to explain so forgive me if i ramble or make it confusing. But from my experience the odds of pulling a mythic rare from a pack tend to be better at retail stores that only stock a few packs versus big retailers like target or walmart where they have the equivalent of several boxes. or your lgs that gives you packs from the box itself and not in a cardboard sleeve. Im not sure if its just me but it seriously seems that way

Anecdotal evidence is not statistically sound. If you feel that way then do whatever makes you happy. But there are all sorts of psychological things that go on that mean that how you feel about your odds of getting a mythic have nothing to do with your actual odds of getting a mythic.

Oh I thought this was in the original post but the Walgreens near me only ever stocks 6 packs of a given set. I don't always buy all 6 packs but if I buy 4 of them I get a mythic about 90% of the time. They had 10 packs of bfz I bought 2-4 pulled an ulamog went back a few days later they still I had the same packs I bought a few more and pulled another ulamog

I feel that too. Walmart, Target, Rite Aid.... I always pull junk
But I did, in fact, pull an expedition Scalding Tarn
from a pack I bought at a Newbury Comics once (my best pull EVER)
