Which is worth more, a gpt Steam Vents signed by the artist or one that isn't?

To a Vendor and most people, one that isn't. To someone who really wants signed cards, possibly (depending on the person) the signed one could be slightly more. More often, people only get their cards signed at an event they've been to in order to remember that particular event or how much fun they had. I personally don't like signed cards.

I would recommend never letting go of a signed card for less than face value; someone will always offer you more. I, for one, love signed cards and value them over a normal printing.

I own no signed cards and I never have so I honestly can't say from personal experience which one is more highly valued personally. GeminiSpartanX has a point though. If you're wanting to get rid of it to a SCG vendor or the like, they won't usually value it more highly. Collectors would though, some of them at least.

Yeah, SCG says right on their policy page that signed cards take the grading down a level. Beckett would probably do the same thing.

The price increase effect would be from desire and sentimental value more than anything.
