Can someone explain why this mythic (that doesn't feel like a mythic) is pushing $20

The card is an answer and a threat all in one, and it only costs three mana. It’s very strong.

I think it will be quite strong because it's a answer and a threat both at instant speed and on curve. Turn 2 bounce and turn 3 3/1 flyer, both can be cast on your opponents turn so you can leave the mana open for other cards to play of need be.

I mean, the set isn't released yet, so there's still the pre-release inflation factor. Other than that Brazen Borrower seems pretty versatile. An easier to cast pseudo- Boomerang coupled with an aggressive, flying, and flashable body seems pretty solid.
