White/Blue Control

Been working on this Blue/White control. It's come a long way from what it was, but I definitely need some insight to kink some stuff out. Suggestions on what I don't need, and other stuff like that.

I recently helped out another player make with a casual UW control deck. I've added you as a friend and shared that deck with you to give you an idea what a good but cheap control deck looks like.
