Looking for help on a tribal Kemba, Kha Regent as a christmas gift

I need some help here, guys and gals. I'm putting together a cat tribal Kemba, Kha Regent equipment voltron deck. It's part of my gift to my girlfriend for christmas. I have never played or built Kemba before, so I would really appreciate any help!
