Brion Stoutarm deck -> what am I missing here?

Just built a Brion Stoutarm deck, and I am wanting some feedback. It feels like it might be too slow, without much to do before turns 4-5, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?
Too many steal effects? Not enough?
What about card draw? I am on the fence about Well of Lost Dreams... It seems like I might need some card draw in this deck to make up for the lack of card advantage that comes with steal effect spells.
I am looking to keep the deck more multi-player focused than 1v1.

taking the deck to the LGS tonight... anybody have anything else that I could add? I do really appreciate the help so far. :)
