Need ideas for a flicker deck using a custom commander.

Basically it's purpose is to sit there and do what teddy's are really meant to do and protect you. It does what winnie the pooh does. He eats food, solves problems in the form of clue tokens, sometimes you might find a treasure and he goes on an adventure so he's an adventure tutor as well. So I am thinking flicker decks. But what else to do with him? Who should his friends be in such a deck? Emiel? Restoration angle?
I will definitely need pretty much all of the green and white adventure cards. Also a new Eldraine is coming next year so we might be seeing more.
Thanks. When I clicked on the image thing in the text box and enter the url it never ever adds the card. I tried making it here but the custom card thing here seems to be not very good. I haven't tried just using the [img] and /img thing yet. I dunno, I guess I am dumb and don't know how things work.

I would recommend just starting with EDHRec's Blink Theme page. I know it's maybe an obvious suggestion full of obvious cards but it'll give you a baseline to work from with few outright 'bad' options imo. https://edhrec.com/themes/blink
Adventure seemed like a neat idea but when they printed things like Rosethorn Acolyte.... I dunno, maybe there are some worthwhile? This one definitely isn't.
Emiel the Blessed would be solid, another great option would be Kodama of the East Tree.
If I may though. Since you're making a custom card here as the commander I'd recommend the commander have the ability to flicker/blink the other cards in the deck rather than necessarily being the target itself. There are 100s of cards with ETB and LTB triggers but only so many cards which blink a target or multiple targets.
So my own suggestion would be to remove Winnie the Pooh's ETB ability and put something like-
Sacrifice 2 food tokens: Exile target permanent until the end of the turn.
Or something along those lines. This is still flavorful to Winnie, he needs to eat before he adventures with a friend of course. This is just my suggestion due to a lack of blink effects compared to ETB effects. Take it or leave it as you choose.
