Thoughts on this Ertai, the Corrupted build?

Here's the deck: Ertai likes birds.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Mostly a gimmicky deck, but I'd still want to make it as good as it gets without going crazy budget-wise (e.g. no original dual lands)
