Need Some Help Refining/Cutting Cards

With Commander 2017 nearly here, I've begun to expand my Olivia Voldaren deck into a shell for what I hope is a Mardu Edgar Markov. However, I've always struggled cutting cards (especially vampires) so I could use a bit of help to refine the deck down a bit. Getting the creature count down is my biggest concern but, if you have any other thoughts, please let me know!
