ZENDIKAR - Kor Guide Expedition


You survived the ice trap, but your Kor Guide keeps blaming himself: "My apologies, Master, please forgive my imprudence! I should have made you turn back! Zendikar is too dangerous to explore. I could not in good conscience lead you into another deadly danger like this."

The Kor leads you to a dense forest filled with ruins and statues from a forgotten era. Trees move as you walk past them, as if they were watching you. The ground shifts and rolls sometimes under your feet. The earth is soft and warm, and rises up and down as you walk by a moss-covered cliff. Feels like walking on the belly of a sleeping giant, you think. Your Kor Guide seems worried: "I do not like this place, Master. The forest has taken notice of your presence. See the way the trees move? They are unhappy with your intrusion. Zendikar sees all outsiders as invaders. We should abort the expedition now, before it is too late!"
