ChiefBell I like the formatting! Do you need me to finish the faeries primer? it is the only uncompleted one?

Hi ChiefBell, I just wanted to make one very small correction for the Mono-Blue Tron section. You may not have any creatures left in your deck for various reasons, so the deck wins by milling the opponent out because during infinite turns Mindslaver is drawn over and over again while the opponent is milled over about 46 turns. But I love the primer and when introducing friends to modern I recommend this primer right away.

hey guys, I noticed you need a section about the blossoming collected company/abzan combo developing deck. If you need help just ask!

I noticed that you're missing UB Obliterator (T2, Midrange) and Collected Company (T1.5, Aggro). Also, I would consider Delver a Tier 1 deck, considering it makes up more of the meta than any deck other than Twin.

Delver isn't tier 1 yet. It's a very common deck in MTGO, but it's also a very recent deck, probably a trend deck. There's no reason to assume it's going to stick around even if it's the top deck right now. Now, that's open to debate around what tier 1 actually means, but I don't think delver's there yet. I don't think we can call it tier 1 until we see the results of the next modern pro tour. Then probably, but not sure yet.

I think we should have separate sections for different delvers. U/r vs. Grixis for example.

Delvers way beyond T2 but a little away from T1. Delver has always been a top modern deck, for reference. Since the beginning of time. Or well.... innistrad.

It's the most popular deck, and it's the best deck in the format. People will tell you it's the best, and it really is. Tier 1 unquestionably.

I don't think any of them are "the best". It's unquestionably one of the best.

And also, I think your control category should simply be called Control. Esper and Grixis are viable enough that Jeskai isn't the only control deck.

Additionally, Bloom Titan almost won a Pro Tour. I think that it deserves at least Tier 1.5, if not Tier 2.

It has shown itself to be extremely consistent, but I could understand a Tier 1.5. But Tier 2 is an understatement of its power.

No, it's definitely tier 2. There are much better decks out there.

I would assume it's MWP is high because not a lot of people play it, but when then do, and when it goes off turn 2, it beats whoever their against.
Maybe slight exaggeration, but you have to have a solid turn 1/2 removal planned, which a number of deck do.
I did play a ub obliterator deck on untap, no idea if it's actually a played deck but it wrecked me

Not many people actually play the deck (bloom titan) and it doesn't show up often at actual high level events.
There are lots of decks with high MWPs that are no where near T1. This occurs just because people are surprised by them.
A true T1 deck shows a mixture of popularity AND a high MWP.

I have a shortish primer for Restore Balance up here: Apocalypse Dreams
I might do a full primer thingy. I have a lot to say about the deck lol.
