Would it be to your advantage to run Phyrexian Metamorph s rather than clones (until they rotate out of standard)? If you're not willing to spend the 2 life you can always cast it for same cost as clone, but if 2 life isn't going to be an issue, you can push it out for 3 which may or may not be helpful I guess.
