As you fly upwards you notice your drake is behaving strangely. You realize the extreme heat that surrounds the air is hurting him. You shoud have assumed that being a creature born near the sea it must not tolerate high temperatures.
"Don't worry, buddy" you whisper to him "it's only a little more and you'll head back, I promise"
Suddenly, you hear a roar and a the sky gets dark and filled with thunders. You see that something is coming your way.
