I never thinked to use Bottled Cloister alone (without Ensnaring Bridge one thing i was temped to try) but one card more per turn looks good. My "problem" is in why to cut haha, its too hard to find this cut, but looks interesting try.

Since you don't have anything at instant speed, you might want to try Bottled Cloister somewhere in the 75. It helps avoid hand disruption and acts as a one sided howling mine, which can help against control. Like the deck.
