My yearly dive back into MtG —May 31, 2023
Removed:
- Ward of Bones - I really like this one, but it was really brutal and I'm not about that life. It might find it's way back in the future, maybe...
- Duplicant - A long time coming. For removal, he's not that great. And the power toughness bonus he gets usually doesn't amount to much in the long run.
Added:
- Staff of Compleation - Could be some neat avenues with this. There's a lot of Planeswalkers in the deck now so it should be interesting.
- Karn, Legacy Reforged - He makes a lot of mana, but he's quite the investment and dies to removal. Might not stay in the deck for long. Might make an interesting alternate Commander though.
Additional Thoughts:
Here we are again. I still haven't played much magic in the past two years, but I still like to keep this deck up to date with the latest and greatest. And man, there's a lot of Karn here now.
Anyway, these are more experimental changes. Going to give Karn, Legacy Reforged a shot.
