I hate being indecisive —Sept. 1, 2015

Atarka's Command. This card has become such a dilemma for me. I don't know if actual 4-color burn is viable or not. I know most people have started running Naya and ditching black outright. My problem really stems from the fact that Mardu has just worked so well for me in the past, and in testing both they come out around even. I could really use some input here. And please, no "drop black because it's bad" or "green is better" comments. I'm looking for actual reasons based on experience and meta calls here. Give me examples if you're going to promote one. And I'm very curious about the viability of 4 color burn.
