I noticed that a lot of Kathril decks take the self-mill strategy. Have you thought about using Kathril to make your opponents think twice about a boardwipe? My thinking is that the commander allows you to aggressively cast creatures and will make your opponents choose to either boardwipe and feed your commander, casting Kathril the very next turn. If they choose not to boardwipe, then you have a really good creatures board state. that you can Craterhoof and/or Triumph of the Hordes.

That is definitely a route you can take. You can even do a token sub-theme. The biggest issue is that it is easy to remove your graveyard with cards like Bojuka Bog. You would have to really navigate around that. The better play is to have Kathril, Aspect Warper be a keyword distributor or like a "Voltron" Commander. I think with Akroma, Vision of Ixidor in my deck, I am going to go the distributor route.
