Surgical Suite returns Mindskinner back to the battlefield. Lots of synergy with enchantments. Pump flyers. Good card draw. Turn everything into enchantment creatures with Leyline of Transformation. Make Veteran flying with the Cursed Windbreaker. Skewed my land in favour of islands to make it more likely to draw enough for the 3 pips Mindskinner needs.
