Last_Laugh on Riders of the Mark + …

I'm guessing it's a no right off the bat, but will Riders of the Mark trigger twice on an end step I attacked with it effectively doubling the tokens if I have Roaming Throne out naming humans?
I'm guessing it triggers twice but only resolves once since it can only return to hand once, but I wanted to double check.
