Hey, I'm a new MTG player that's really interested in budget/casual Modern/Standard deck-building. I really seem to enjoy building fringe decks as much as I enjoy playing MTG. If anyone would like to give me pointers or any guidance I'm happy to have help. Learning about this game is fun and interesting to me.
