I was first introduced to magic some time in 2004-05, got reunited with it in Core 2011, then started to get serious in Innistrad. 

I basically make anything I want. Making the deck is my favorite part of magic. I like most decks; prefering decks that can be slightly different each time you play. On the other hand, I hate decks that can only win based on a combo or a single card--and they win instantly.


I don't make or play decks from existing net-decks/meta, as they already exist. I don't see much of a point. Yeah, I'm that guy... I do somewhat pay attention to the meta though. It is an important aspect of the magic community and can be used as valuable tool in personal brewing. That being said, I don't particularly judge people who do. The only people I actively dislike are people who believe magic is solely about competition, and promote restriction and/or unfun game progression.


Magic is as fun as you make it to be. I play what I love and I built what seems like an interesting thing to play or a fun puzzle to solve.
