I've been playing magic on and off for 13 years now. I enjoy deck building just as much as playing and budget decks are my favourite thing to design nothing brings more satisfaction then allowing a player who doesn't have deep pockets a deck that can compete with much higher cost decks. The decks I currently play in modern are Mono blue tron,UG infect,Eldrazi tron and mono blue merfolk.
