Got into Magic a while back, messed around in standard, but buying all new cards every few months turned me off. I turned to EDH and fell in love.

I enjoy playing cards for their flavor.

I will make strong decks out of reasonably cheap cards because... money...

If I own a card I feel as though I have the right to proxy it into any of my decks. Because if I really wanted to I could just move cards from deck to deck as I play them. And if I already have the card, I prefer to get another card instead.

Anyway, my decks do pretty well in my playgroup. They tend to be strong, and while not necessarily broken, there are often some cards you could swap in that would make them pretty crazy.
