Deckling -

All of my decks try to be under $50USD when I build them. Many of my decks have since appreciated. I am happiest when beating face with a dirt cheap deck. The bulk of my decks are block constructed. It's not a super popular format, but I believe it allows players to more accurately judge the power level of cards.
