Hello I found that the term "budget" tends to change wildly depending on a person idea of a budget. To that end I build decks for $20 as my idea of budget. My decks tend to not be Standard except for a few of them.

I enjoy fun casual decks played at bars with friends and that's what my decks are geared towards.
