I have been playing Magic since 1999 when I found my first card Pious Warrior in a book from a public library. I have been hooked ever since. I play for the enjoyment of the game and not to make the most optimized decks. I don't buy a lot of singles and most of these decks are based on what I have or traded for. I am an oldschool player in the fact I look at Magic for what it is, a trading card game. If I have it and you need it we can do a trade. I don't like the concept of fair market trades unless the card has real value (usually $10+ is when I consider need versus want; if I need a card then my card's value is secondary). Not really concerned if I have a $20 card and someone's trading a card(s) valued less. I hope you are able to take ideas from these and share your insights.
