Profet93 From my experience, highly competitive EDH decks are establishing a win, or the ability to win, by or before turn 4. After that, decks geared for the long game (like this one) pull out.
I've ramped this out on turn 2, 3, & 4. Getting this card out sub turn 6, is soul crushing and puts you WAY ahead.
Mid to late game (turns 5-8) is still solid. Not always the strongest play but still decent to delay wins.
Combined with the land destruction engine that is Azusa + Crucible effect, you will maintain control of your opponents opportunities to build momentum.

Artifacts will get blown up. They just do. I've seen people destroy turn 1 Sol Rings. Does that mean I should stop playing it? No. The fear of interaction shouldn't stop you from running specific spells. If the card advances your particular game plan, play it.
cEDH decks try to be as mana effecient as possible so Nature's Claim for 3 turns into a time walk. They either do it on their turn or have to waste their turn keeping mana up.
