I'm Lego and I love playing blue. The decks I have are only used in my small playgroup and we don't like to spend more than 20-40 dollars on any one deck, so you'll find that there WILL be suboptimal choices, weak cards, cheap dual lands, etc. I specialize in these cheap modern-legal decks, but it may be more accurate to say we use casual decks. I do budget decks because spending hundreds of dollars on a single deck just doesn't make too much sense. It's better to have a bunch of 40$ decks than just one 2000$ deck, this way you're able to express as much creativity as you want within different decks. I started Magic as one who uses mill to win, mill decks are my first two decks but after being played against my own mill deck I found that it is not fun to lose against milling so I now tend to refrain from that. The decks posted may be one of my friend's, so I don't have control on the whole optimizing part of it.
