I was lucky to be introduced by a friend to the world of Magic Since 2002. My first deck was Goblin Bidding, it was an awesome deck. Then it came Mirrodin and ruined magic for me. I tried Astral Slide control, it was easy to deal with ravager Affinity most of the time, but Tooth and nail was my karma back then in every FNM. So I took a break.

The original Ravnica block was a new beginning but our community got smaller back in 2006. Some stores disappeared. And more than a half of our community quit. I always were a fan of Magic Novels but most of all, the Legendary Creatures. I've never been a competitive player but when Commander got popular, I knew i found the right format for me. I had a small collection of legends since the beginning, they were always hard to play in other formats, but commander was perfect. I love the deck building, the flavor and the huge amount of possibilities this casual format has to offer, not to mention it is cheaper than any other competitive formats in magic, I hate modern, is to damn expensive and it will never be as good or fun as the old Extended was, and I keep playing Standard just to get new cards. I have build 12 commander decks just for the fun of it and with certain personal rules:

  • If the deck is solid, no tutors.
  • one turn combos per deck only if I have no way to search for them (just lucky draws) if not, avoid them.
  • No massive land destruction (is not fun, and my community has an in house rule about them)
  • Never use a commander creature in other deck.
  • Never build around a broken commander (Teferi, Grand arbiter Augustin IV, Zur, etc)

Well, I hope you like my decks. Let me know any suggestion. Enjoy!
