Welcome to JonAvon's Encyclopedia of Fat.

This account is dedicated to Mono Green and everything fat, midrange-y, or well situated in the combat zone.

Through the years I have assembled a sort of an encyclopedia, the 'History of Fat' series, where you'll find my take on some staple decks in the history of Mono Green, with tips and insights I have found on the net.

Apart from the 'History of Fat' series, you'll find Old School, Premodern and Block Constructed decks, Green and non-Green decks alike.

I love Old School. Specifically the X-point format: it gives 'janky' decks a fair chance, and I am all for it. I also love Block Constructed. Some Blocks more than others. Playing Block forces you to learn the value of certain cards and to familiarize with different metagames. Premodern is a recent addition, and a format that forced me to really improve my playing skills. Expect ton of nostalgia here. And some good tip you may have missed.
