I have since put in restoration magic (until I get Slippery Bogbonder), mantle of the ancients, relentless assault, Wyleth, Soul Of Steel, Three Dog Galaxy News Dj and Aurelia, Exemplar Of Justice (until I get the Warleader.

Three Dog and Wyleth are now in the deck. I'm making a few other changes as well.

For your question on vampire commanders. I personally use Tevesh and Sengir as partners. They work very well together.

You can literally get rid of most of those cards. The enchantments can go for sure. Those are awful for Modern. Liliana is actually pretty good. It was me I want to go for one of the Sorin's since he's actually a vampire. I would put dismember in the main board instead of Doom blade personally.

There's not really much of a reason to have bloodghast. Like it doesn't really serve a function. For my modern vampires and even in my commander / EDH deck I use it with Cordial Vampire and Indulgent Aristocrat. You can use those as mini-lords. Basically sac the Bloodghast to Aristocrat and with Cordial Vampire Sacking still counts as dying so you get plus +2 to all vampires. Play your land do it again.

Honestly just take Blood Artist out. I know I can be good in some decks but I just took out of my modern Vampires. I personally don't like Viscera Seer but I know he's a popular choice for vampires. I'd rather have Vampire Of The Dire Moon. I run 4 and 4 Gifted Aetherborns. Those cards work very defensively and very offensively. Oh wow I just realized you have almost NO LORDS. Criminal. Captivating and Bloodline Keepers are a must. You don't have to run 4 of each. I think or my vampires it's 3 vampire nocturness, 4 captivating vampires and 2 bloodline keepers. You can probably get rid of the Nighthawks to. With vampire nocturness everything's going to get fine anyway. You have Urborg so he should work even better in your deck than in mind because I don't have that card in my modern Vampires. (At the time the cards was like $100). But I did end up putting it in my commander vampire deck since that one was the cheapest I'd ever seen it ($30).
