I think the deck is too well built to be bracket 1, some good powerful bombs here to make this bracket 2, definitely looks like it does well against most precons. It might even hold to most bracket 3 decks. I'm assuming the bracket 1 tag is a misclick? I do love a good Rishkar's and Last March.

Take out the tutors and Sphinx and this deck sits nicely among bracket 3 decks.
