To clear up some confusion, do you swing your commander along side the tokens, or does he just sit in the back making them? Regardless, I feel that Dragon Throne of Tarkir , Berserkers' Onslaught , Strionic Resonator , Brass Squire , Thermopod , Cosmotronic Wave , and Neheb, the Eternal would probably make the deck a bit better. hope this helps!

From what I see, you should add a few more beat sticks with evasion (i.e. trample). I suggest Elderscale Wurm , Gnarlback Rhino , Plated Crusher , Skinshifter , or Terra Stomper . Hope this helps!
