Would Marchesa, the Black Rose return Branch of Vitu-Ghazi

I control a disguised Branch of Vitu-Ghazi with Marchesa, the Black Rose on board. I attack the player with the highest life total with the disguised Branch of Vitu-Ghazi and put a [+1/+1] counter on it with Marchesa, the Black Rose. Would it return to the battlefield as a land at the next end step with Marchesa, the Black Rose's if Branch of Vitu-Ghazi were to be sacrificed to Umbral Collar Zealot my the second main phase?

Yes, that works. Marchesa's ability knows "that card" in the graveyard is the same object that triggered the "Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it dies" and it will get returned to the battlefield. Note that the card has to be a permanent card in order to be returned this way, as non-permanents (instants and sorceries) are not allowed to go to the battlefield.
