Would Glissa the Traitor's ability trigger off of a board wipe?

So, let's say for example, you have a Glissa, the Traitor on the board, your opponent has a Storm Crow , and you cast Damnation .
When Damnation resolves, would Glissa, the Traitor 's ability trigger before she is sent to the graveyard?

what i want to know is why you would use damnation to kill a single storm crow, even if you would get an artifact back to hand

Glissa, the Traitor is destroyed at the same time as Storm Crow.
Whenever multiple permanents enter or leave play simultaneously, they all "see" each other. Glissa, the Traitor's ability will trigger for each of your opponent's creatures destroyed by Damnation.
