With Shadowborn Apostle's ability to sac and retrieve a "Demon creature card and put it onto the battlefield" can I retrieve Withengar Unbound Flip and put his "creature" side into play?

I have been looking for a cheat or combo to bring Withengar Unbound  ^Flip into play directly ever since the card first came out. With the inclusion of Shadowborn Apostle I feel like I might have finally found my loophole. Since, the effect specifically states that sacrificing 6 of Shadowborn Apostle enables you to search for a Demon creature card and Withengar Unbound  ^Flip is most definitely a creature card while Elbrus, the Binding Blade  ^Flip is an artifact I feel this is my method to madness. What say you all?

711.2a In every zone other than the battlefield, and also on the battlefield with its front face up, a double-faced card has only the characteristics of the front face.

As far as the game is concerned, when you tutor with Shadowborn Apostle, only Elbrus exists, not Withengar, assuming it is in your library. So no, that would not work.
