With Conspiracy is Changeling or Shapeshifter a valid creature type?

Can I use Conspiracy to make all my creatures shapeshifters, and if I can would they benefit from different creature types?

Shapeshifter is a valid creature type, so you can choose that with Conspiracy. Changeling is not a creature type, it is a static ability. No, making your creatures into shapeshifters would not give them changeling, if that is what you are asking.
