Will Oneirophage's ability trigger?

Oneirophage says "Whenever you draw a card put a +1/+1 counter on Oneirophage " does it count for the draw step of your upkeep?

Oneirophage will trigger any time you draw a card, including the card you draw during your draw step.

One aside, it is not correct to say "the draw step of your upkeep". The draw step and upkeep step are two distinct parts of the Beginning Phase (Untap Step - Upkeep Step - Draw Step).
