Will Noxious Ghoul Affect Creatures That Come in Later

If I play Noxious Ghoul, then a non-zombie 1/1, will the 1/1 die? Or does Noxious Ghoul only affect any creatures that are on the field already when the ability triggers?

It should only affect creatures on the field, until another zombie creature comes out.
