Will a spell with Learn, being used to discard a card that triggers a shuffle of graveyard into library shuffle the spell into the library?

I'm not sure about the exact sequencing, or the exact outcome. For example: if I cast First Day of Class and use Learn action to discard Kozilek, Butcher of Truth will First Day of Class finish resolving first and go to the graveyard, and then be shuffled into my library, or will the trigger be resolved before First Day of Class is put into the graveyard (and so remain there)?

I am thinking that the spell will fully resolve first, the draw, and go to the graveyard, and then the trigger will be put on the stack, and if it resolves shuffle First Day of Class into my library.

You have the right idea. If an ability triggers during the resolution of another spell or ability, the game waits until that other spell/ability is completely finished resolving before putting the trigger onto the stack. In your example that means First Day of Class will be in the graveyard when Kozilek's ability is put onto the stack.
