Who owns tokens my cards make.

The question is, if a spell I control makes tokens for an opponent, are the tokens both controlled by them and not something they own?
The point of this is its interactions with Blim, Comedic Genius.

The creator of a token is also its owner. Even if it is your spell which results in the opponent creating the token, they are still that token's owner. Here is the relevant rule:
Rule 111.2. The player who creates a token is its owner. The token enters the battlefield under that player’s control.
