Who controls the curses?

When Curses (from Innistrad block) trigger, who chooses the order in which the abilities are put on the stack? It's not clear to me whether the cursed player chooses them, or the player who cast the curse spells to begin with.

Thanks! For example: My opponent is enchanted with Curse of the Bloody Tome and Curse of Oblivion , and at the beginning of his turn, he has no cards in his graveyard. At the beginning of his upkeep, I can put the curses in order such that he mills two cards, then exiles them from his graveyard, right?

The controller of an Aura is different from the controller of the object (or just the player) to which it is attached. In this case, the curses are attached to your opponent, but you control them since you are the one who put them onto the battlefield. Therefore, you will control any triggered abilities of those curses, and if multiple trigger at the same time you will choose the order in which they are stacked.
