Spiritual Focus lets you draw a card when an opponent forces you to discard a card. If an opponent casts a wheel (Wheel of Fortune)while this is in play, do you draw one card, or how many you discarded?

You can get one for each card you discarded. Unless they say something like "one or more cards", effects that care about drawing or discarding cards will count each card separately.
