What happens to the front side of cards if the back is exiled?

If I have Mishra, Lost to Phyrexia  ^{Meld  Meld} and my opponent cast Swords to Plowshares targeting Mishra, do Mishra, Claimed by Gix  ^Meld and Phyrexian Dragon Engine  ^Meld both go to exile?

Yes. If a permanent made up of merged cards is made to change zones, all of the cards involved go to the same zone together.
