What happens to counters on Celestial Convergence as it leaves and re-enters the battlefield?

I have Celestial Convergence on the battlefield with 4 (omen) counters on it, then an opponent uses Oblivion Ring to exile it. I destroy the Oblivion Ring and Celestial Convergence comes back into play. Does it re-enter with 4 counters on it, or would it come in with 7 counters?
When a permanent leaves play, and then returns it is a new permanent with no remembrance of the other permanent. So it would enter with 7 counters.

It enters with seven counters because that's what the ability states.
When an object changes zones, it becomes an entirely new object with no relation to its previous iterations. Celestial Convergence was "reset" when it was exiled, and it enters the battlefield as it would if you have just resolved it again.
