What happens to a drawn game?

Question part 1:
Thanks to good 'ol Boros Reckoner , a combat phase ends with player 1 at 0 life and player 2 at -2. Does this count as a draw or does player 1 win?
part 2: in a swiss system best of three how does the rest of the 'best of three' proceed. Does that game count as a win for both? Does it get ignored and run again? Do you need to notify a judge and mark something special on the score sheet?
Ok, totally clear on part 1 i think, in this case Boros Reckoner, as a blocker, triggers his damage too slowly to bring the attacking player down to 0 as well, meaning that a drawn game is avoided and the attacking player wins.
part 2 though I will rephrase: in a situation where a drawn game is the result, I'm not even sure how to hypothetically create the draw now that youve pointed out how particularly quickly 'loss' is triggered, but say a game ends in a draw, and it is game 1 of the best of three of a swiss match. how does that particular matchup proceed from there?

So we have a Swiss match where G1 is a draw, and G2 and G3 are open? Then it proceeds as it normally would. If the end result is 1-1-1, then the match is a draw. If either player wins both G2 and G3, then he or she wins the match 2-0-1.

"Best of three" really means "first to two wins". You play until you either run out of time or someone wins two games.

Case 1: The game is a draw because both players lose for having 0 or less life. There's no such thing as losing less than another player.
I should point out that Boros Reckoner 's ability is a triggered ability, and in a case where one player dies to combat and the other would die to the ability, the player who dies to combat will die before the ability kills the other player. SBAs will actually remove one player before the ability hits the stack.
Case 2: I assume you're referring to cases where one player wins 2-0. In that case, there's no third game. If a tiebreaker is needed, 2-0 wins are weighted higher than 2-1s in most systems.
