Undying Flames and Omen Machine

If Omen Machine is active on the field. And then i play Undying Flames, do i still get the "free" cast during my upkeep.

No. Epic's effect specifically states that, for the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. Omen Machine's second ability instructs you to cast the card, which you can't do. Therefore, you can't do anything with nonland cards in this situation.
