two Greater Auramancy on the battlefild?

If I have 2 Greater Auramancy in the battlefiled, will both become untargetable to my opponent's spells?

Yes. Each Greater Auramancy will give the other shroud.

Note that shroud is not hexproof. Shroud means they can't be targeted by anything, including your spells and abilities.
