Tribal Flames for 6?

So does Tribal Flames officially hit for 6 now with Wastes? Could this revive Tribal Flames Zoo in modern? I hope so! I don't know the deck well enough to say for sure, but I like the idea!

It has already been stated by multiple people working at wizards that Tribal Flames will not deal 6 damage because wastes has no basic land type. Domain will remain unaffected.
